*Make him friend:  if you want to get a nice guy to like you, you usually start off as friends. If he says yeah, then don't make it seem like you're obsessed with him. But if he says no,(which I know not all guy would say no) get flirty, try harder, but not too extreme, and see if you can make him change. And if that doesn't work, lay off. Remain friendly, make sure you catches his attention, but make it look like you not doing it for anybody. If they are looking at you every now and then, then you are doing great!

*Deal with you shyness: If you are too shy, when he's near, talk with a lot of friends and laugh. Act like you're having fun. Make sure you don't give off a fake impression. Just be yourself.    There is proof that this will work. Just try it out yourself. If you don't get the same results as me, just try saying a simple "hi". It will show him you aren't afraid or a coward. This could make the start of great friends, which could make the start of a great boyfriend/girlfriend relationship

*keep doing your thing: You want to feel good about yourself. But you also have to let him come on his own. But don't be too loud or he is going to think you're weird and not at all approachable. Being  yourself is good but don't do something crazy to get his attention! You don't want to lead someone on like a puppy taken out for a walk. You could end up in a very awkward or uncomfortable situation

    e.g.   You can just start up a conversation with your fellow gurls telling them that you are single, make sure he is in a distance, but he can hear what you gurls are talking.that a nice way to pass your info into his mental.

*Reduce pairing and group: as a matter of fact, this is very important. If he is constantly seeing you together with a particular gurl friend all the time, he will just conclude that you guys are lesbians and avoid you, or when you move always in the company of group of gurls, he will never get the chance to say hi,
