How To Check Which Version Your Blackberry Is Curently Running

Using Blackberry Z10 as case study, To check which OS (operating system) version your BB is currently running : On your Home screen click the search icon (its in the middle of your 'call history and camera icon) ; on the search box, type about; search result shows up, click the first about you see, it will open, you will see 'software Release' the number below it is the OS version (eg 10.2.1.2156). see photo below:

If your OS is not up to 10.2.1 click HERE to learn how to upgrade it to the latest version

click on the highlighted 'about'

that numbers under 'Software Release ' is you OS version
