First Subscribe to a monthly Etisalat blackberry complete plan for N1,000 by Dialing *499*3# or subscribe the weekly plan for N500 by dialing *499*3*1#.

Once you have successfully activated the Etisalat one month blackberry complete plan,
Go to your Android mobile setting and create new apn as shown below
Go to settings > more > mobile networks > APN
Create a new APN using the settings below
Name: Etisalat bis
APN: blackberry.net
Proxy : 10.71.170.5
Port : 8080 or 9021

SAVE THIS NEW PROFILE
Now you can now browse with the EXCEPTION of Whatsapp messenger, But if you want to make the Etisalat bis to power all your android apps then you can install auto proxy

Note: Your devices must be rooted before you can use autoproxy
Install Autoproxy apk from playstore.
Then configure it as shown below :
Host: 10.71.170.5
Port:8080 or 9021
Proxy type : HTTP
Tick Auto connect
