Finally Microsoft Corporation (MSFT) Brad Smith Becomes President And CLO

Its true, Microsoft Corporation  has given its longtime executive Vice President Brad Smith a promotion. Mr. Smith was employed in this position since 2011, and is highly regarded amongst the power brokers in Microsoft.
“Brad has long had a broad role at the company and now I’m asking him to lead more new initiatives,” wrote the company's Chief Executive Satya Nadella in a Friday email to employees. In addition to handling Microsoft’s legal work, Mr. Smith will be responsible for “privacy, security, accessibility, environmental sustainability and digital inclusion.”
