How to Write a quick write up on your photos using PC

If you i want to write something a picture, using your pc, all you need to do is, write click on tha picture you want write on, click on 'open with' then click on open with PAINT . when it open, you write any thing you wish it, u can draw shape on too. than you can save it thats all

NOTE: That you must duplicate the picture before you can write something on it, unless you don't need  picture any more you can write on it.
