All banks in Nigeria offers you the domiciliary account services, but what's a domiciliary account; a dom. Account is an international account you can use for transactions with other countries. Many banks I have been to offers you this services but with some minimum balance that you have to pay into the account before you are entitled to own a domiciliary account, and that minimum balance is usually $100 which is about N20,000.

They won't collect this money as their own but will only use it as a requirement before they open the account for you, as the money can still be withdrawn from your dom. account anytime you want. But there's a bank you can open it without having $100 with you, and that's Guarantee Trust Bank (GTB), all you need is to first open a savings account with them, get a referee( ie a person that already have a current account) so that you can be able to open a current account, before they will allow you to open a domiciliary account with them. Make sure you go with other requirements such as passport, Identity card and payment of electric bill receipts. Once confirmed you will receive a text in your phone with the account numbers.
