Much noise about the coming blackberry android phone continues. Verizon will apparently be offering the BlackBerry Priv in the near future, confirms a photo of the device running under the said network. BlackBerry
A fresh photo of the BlackBerry Priv smartphone running on the Verizon network spotted via an Instagram update.
Just when we thought the rumors surrounding the Priv will be put to rest as the device has been launched officially, new information has cropped up pointing to the possible carrier option. The instagram photo of the BlackBerry by Priv, picked up by CrackBerry, shows the device running on Verizon network. The upper right hand side of the device shows the device is connected to Verizon Wireless. Although, there is no carrier logo on the front of the device, one of the notifications on the display points to "Enhanced Verizon Store visits," Phone Arena reported.

On the other hand, not long ago, the credible tipster Evan Blass tweeted saying the Priv would be offered by all major carriers in the U.S. However, CrackBerry said that the Verizon variant may not be offered until early 2016. In any case, readers should note that BlackBerry has not confirmed the Verizon version thus far.
It is worth noting that BlackBerry will start shipping the unlocked variants from Nov. 9 onwards. This unlocked version is apparently not compatible with Verizon and Sprint networks. Here, interested readers can preorder the BlackBerry Priv from the company’s official store. The price of the device is $699.
Speaking of specifications, the handset features a 5.4-inch display, 2,560 x 1,440 pixels resolution and Corning’s Gorilla Class 4 protection. The Priv by BlackBerry comes powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 chipset and backed by 3 GB of RAM. There is a good 32 GB of built-in storage space and a microSD card slot for further expansion of up to a phenomenal 2 TB.
When it comes to camera, an 18-megapixel Schneider-Kreuznach rear-facing sensor with OIS support and a 2-megapixel front-facing shooter have been mounted. In addition, the phone comes housed with an impressive 3,410 mAh battery unit, which apparently has the ability to provide up to 22.5 hours of mixed usage.
