2016 Hyundai Accent
- Renamed trim levels: SE Sedan (formerly GLS) and SE Hatchback (formerly GS)
- Improved voice recognition and layout of buttons on instrument panel
- Many safety features, including 6 air bags, are standard
- Accent Sedan now available with gray or beige two-tone interior
- Accent Hatchback available with gray or monotone black interior
2016 Hyundai Azera
- Improved HID and LED front and rear lighting systems
- More safety and infotainment technology features available
- Limited trim level features electronic parking brake and smart cruise control with stop/start
2016 Hyundai Elantra GT
- Redesigned grille with horizontal chrome and argent slats
- New 17-in. alloy wheel design
- Optional ventilated driver’s and passenger’s seat
- Optional next-generation navigation with HD Radio and Apple Siri integration
- Optional next-generation Blue Link system with new connectivity features such as remote start with climate control and destination search
2016 Hyundai Elantra Sedan
- Well-equipped Value Edition added with more convenience features from Popular Equipment package added to SE, Limited, and Sport trims
- LED lighting system added to Sport and Limited trim levels
- Limited trim level comes standard with keyless entry and ignition; automatic climate control; LED lighting accents; 17-in. wheels; leather upholstery; and Blue Link connectivity system
- Elantra Sport trim level standard with cloth seats and without sunroof but features black exterior accents, sport-tuned suspension, and a more powerful engine
2016 Hyundai Equus
- 2016 Equus Signature and Ultimate packages are both generously equipped so no factory options are needed or available
- Hands-free automatic Smart Trunk is standard on Ultimate trim level
2016 Hyundai Genesis
- Improved HID and LED front and rear lighting systems are standard
- Premium fog lights are available on rear-wheel-drive (RWD) and all-wheel-drive (AWD) versions
- New Active Safety Features package is available that includes: automatic emergency braking; head-up display; blind-spot detection; cabin CO2 sensor; and lane-keep assist
- 5.0-liter V-8 engine is only offered on the Ultimate premium trim level
2016 Hyundai Santa Fe
- Keyless entry with alarm and body-color heated mirrors with driver’s blind-spot mirror are standard

2016 Sonata Plug-in Hybrid
- Hyundai’s first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) has distinctive look and includes larger battery pack, smaller gasoline engine, and more powerful electric motor
- Powered by a 9.8-kWh Lithium polymer battery pack that is roughly five times larger than the Sonata Hybrid’s battery
- 50 kW electric motor is 32% more powerful than motor in Sonata Hybrid
- Travels up to 24 miles on electric power alone
- Expected to deliver 93 MPGe combined in EV mode
- Recharges in less than 3 hours
- Four exclusive exterior paint options and choice of cloth or leather seats
- Will initially be available in California, Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Oregon, Rhode Island, and Vermont
2016 Hyundai Tucson
- Redesigned for 2016 featuring Hyundai’s latest angular, wider body design with extended wheelbase, new LED lighting system treatments, and signature hexagonal grille
- Six new exterior paint colors
- Interior is roomier than prior model with more premium materials available—three color fabric and two leather choices available on Limited trim level
- Eco, Sport, and Limited trim levels get new turbocharged, 1.6-liter 4-cylinder engine mated with 7-speed dual-clutch automatic that produces 175 horsepower
- Front-wheel drive (FWD) is standard; all-wheel drive (AWD) optional
- New LED lighting systems available on Eco, Sport, and Limited trim levels
- Heated, ventilated seats and leather upholstery available with Limited’s new Ultimate package
